1. Circuit Design

NEK is capable of doing Analog, Digital and Mixed signal circuit design with or without microcontrollers.  After capturing and confirming the customer requirements, we can come up with proposal with a reliable and cost effective architecture for the system. After simulation and initial reviews. We layout the PCB and do the prototyping and testing.

We also do existing product assessments to identify cost-effective substitutes for Obsolete, Scarce parts and redesign products for a relatively small investment to drive out cost; give them a new, fresh look; add new functionality; make them easier to use to help increase sales and improve margin.

2. Library Management

From its experience in a variety of electronics product development, NEK offers to its customers, Library management services. Which includes managing of a database of schematics symbols and PCB footprints. These are created according to customer specific requirements or according to IPC standards.

3. Schematics Entry

NEK can do all the work included in converting all the hand drawn circuits or files from an obsolete EDA tool of its customers into a widely accepted EDA tool.

4. PCB Layout

PCB layout service can take care of PCBs with complex space, mechanical and thermal constraints. We are capable of doing high speed PCBs with controlled impedance routing.

5. Component Procurement

This service from NEK can take care of procurement of components. We can select components which is under customer budget and which meet performance and environmental specifications. We take care of complete Bill Of Materials preparation with/without customer involvement.

6. Prototype Testing

NEK's prototype testing services can take the hassle of Prototyping, board bring-up and Testing away from customer. Prototypes are tested against the requirements/specifications from the customers. We model our test vectors such that they cover most of the real world situations the product will face. NEK is also capable of suggesting modifications which can help to enhance the product quality and features.

7. Firmware Development

Firmware Development services from NEK help us to do complete development of embedded systems. We are capable of micro controller/micro processor programming, test interfaces, control/communication front ends etc. By closely working with our hardware development team, we are capable of providing rugged systems. We are familiar with popular architectures of series like MSP430, ST10, ARM, AVR, PIC etc. We can develop ultra low power battery powered applications.
